For those who are currently not in a large ensemble at UO: Students interested in auditioning for orchestra in the winter term should schedule an audition with Dr. Jacobs (djacobs@uoregon.edu) by November 15 and complete the audition by Dec 1. Prepare two contrasting pieces. This can be two movements from a solo, contrasting etudes, or contrasting orchestral excerpts totaling 5 minutes. Sightreading may be required.
